Children’s Liturgy of the Word
Children's Liturgy of the Word allows our young church goers to hear the Word of God in language that makes more sense to them. They have time to ask questions and participate in short activities revolving around the Sunday readings. The children are dismissed after the opening prayer and go to the Church Hall where a special Chapel has been set up for their use. They return at the offertory.
Adult leaders and teen helpers rotate on a regular basis to give everyone who wants to teach a chance. Each volunteer receives a leader guide that provides instructions for the weekly activities.
